You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload, convert, and download using our Service.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload or process files that contain software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
  • Upload or process files that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or hateful.
  • Upload or process files that infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

We do not claim any ownership rights over the documents you upload to our Service. You retain all copyright and any other rights you already hold in the content which you submit, post, or display on or through, the Service. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary license to use, reproduce, and modify the files solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service to you.

4.2. Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding files uploaded by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PDFConvert.in and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. File Retention and Security

  • Automatic Deletion: We value your privacy. Files uploaded to our Service are automatically deleted from our servers after a short period (typically 1 hour) to ensure your data is not stored indefinitely.
  • No Backups: We do not create backups of your uploaded or converted files. It is your responsibility to keep your own copies of your original documents.
  • Security: While we implement industry-standard security measures (SSL/TLS), you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You upload files at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PDFCONVERT.IN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PDFCONVERT.IN MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

7. Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PDFCONVERT.IN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF PDFCONVERT.IN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that PDFConvert.in shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
